Springmaid PierWhy have readers of the local Sun News voted the Springmaid Pier “Best of the Beach” year after year? It’s Myrtle Beach’s longest and most accommodating pier, at 1060 feet long, 36 feet wide, with a 110-foot T at the end. A Myrtle Beach landmark, the pier is the site of numerous fishing tournaments and offers one of the best views of the entire Grand Strand on the beach! Walking access on the Pier is free for guests of the resort (with recreation wristband). Fishing passes are required and available in the Tackle Shop.
